    **Status:** Active build (Phase 2 **Complete** in docs as of 2026-04-10). Engineering pulls: near-term focus · `operations/phase-3-kickoff.md` (**`/docs/phase3-kickoff`**).

  • D. Open — Phase 4 ([`04-enterprise-scale.md`](phases/04-enterprise-scale.md))

    **Status:** Planned. **Entry from Phase 3:** `operations/phase-4-kickoff.md` (**`/docs/phase4-kickoff`**) once Phase 3 is formally closed per `03-category-leadership.md#when-to-mark-phase-3-complete`.

    Full spec: provisioning, deployment pipeline, Brain integration, agent API, dashboard pages, schema tables.
